Upcoming Concerts

Hi -

It's spring, and there are a multitude of great shows in the area. I'm going to be at most of these, so I hope to see you there.

Monday, 5/11/15, 7PM - David Torn, The Falcon, Marlboro. David is a local resident and has been playing guitar for a long time, doing jazz, ambient and assorted other strangeness. This should be a wild show, and not to be missed if you're feeling adventurous.

Saturday, 5/16/15, 8PM - Symmetry, Embark, Peekskill. There are others on this bill that I don't know, but it's worth it just to see Symmetry perform. He's performed on my show several times, and he's not only a great electronic musician, but a great guy, too.

Friday, May 22, 8:30PM - Helen Avakian & Muriel Anderson, Towne Crier Cafe, Beacon. Two great female guitar players on the same bill. This will be a great show if you like acoustic guitar music.

Saturday, May 30, 8PM - Amy Fradon & Leslie Ritter, Rosendale Cafe, Rosendale. I think they were the first artists I interviewed almost 28 years ago when I first started. Two great singers and local residents, too. This is first come, first served, so get there early.
